Fashion’s Night Out – September 10th

The countdown to NYC’s sought after “FASHION’S NIGHT OUT” event on September 10th has begun and LP is not being left out of the fun!
Here’s the low-down on this high-profile event. FNO is a big fashion party that almost every store in NYC celebrates. With goodies ranging from free products, great food, drinks galore and of course fashion, this event is definitely not one to miss.
This year, lucky New Yorkers will get a chance to meet LP’s very own VP & Creative Director, Andrew Cotton, who will be presenting one-of-a-kind hand painted designs on select leather goods and jewelry at the Henri Bendel’s Fifth Avenue location (6-11pm). Also, at Henri Bendel’s will be Susan Miller from Astrology Zone, Swarovski Crystals and many more can’t-miss events!

fashion, runway looks, and other hot trends to style your life
And the Emmy for Best Dressed Goes To…

The stars came out in full-on-glamour for the 62nd Annual Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. Vying for titles like best actress and best comedy pale in comparison to the best dressed awards given by yours truly.
In the Navy. Glee’s Lea Michele looked breathtaking in a navy blue Oscar de la Renta gown fit for a princess. A mermaid fit with bellowing ruffles made this number something to sing about.
White Hot. Looking every bit the Greek goddess, Kim Kardashian made Marchesa’s white floor-length gown look fantastic. Swept back hair kept the focus on the fabulous neckline and that flawless Kadashian face.
Old Hollywood. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a young starlet opt for old Hollywood glamor. Claire Danes took us back in time with an Armani Prive sparkler that radiated on the red carpet.
Modern Lady. Sofia Vergara looked light and lovely in a Carolina Herrera number that hugged her infamous curves ever-so-perfectly. A touch of shimmer down the middle made this dress a modern marvel.
Short Story. If any one can pull of a micro mini at the Emmy’s it is Project Runway’s golden girl, Heidi Klum. Stunning in a black lace Marchesa, Heidi truly made it work!
